: 👉 Weight Management Tips for BEGINNERS:
1. Change your breakfast to a healthy smoothie made of fruits and vegetables, and eat 2 eggs, drink one cup of warm green tea with lemon.
2. Eat lunch: Fill your lunch plate as this : 50% fruit and vegetables, 25% protein, 25% rice
3. Eat dinner like lunch, but replace rice with more protein and vegetables if you want to shape up.
4. Drink 2 to 4 liter of water based on your body weight.
5. Exercise just 15 min daily.
